Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any associated balances will be forfeited.
Bk3e may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submitting a copy of your National ID or passport, a selfie, and proof of address. If verification is not completed within 30 days, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use bk3e. This is one of our strictest rules and has no exceptions.

If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, bk3e will display the updated odds and give you the option to accept them. If you have the "Accept Any Odds" option enabled, the system will automatically place the bet at the new odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk3e and may result in account termination and legal action.
Result: If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately, any associated winnings will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
Bk3e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
